PROCESSING TIME: Orders will usually be shipped within 7-10 days.  Custom/Personalized orders may take longer. 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (the time it takes for the item to be delivered, once it has been shipped):

North America: 3-10 business days

International 2-3 weeks (or more, depending on location)

Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the USPS or other mail carrier to deliver the item in a timely manner. If you have an issue with the delivery of an item, you can either contact the USPS or other mail carrier with your tracking number in order to attempt to locate the shipment, or you can contact Jewelry Designed 4 You who will attempt to contact the USPS or other mail carrier and file a request for the shipment to be tracked and located. No refunds will be given for delivery errors or late deliveries, which is the fault of the USPS or other mail carrier.
