Small Flat Silver Disk Spacers are 6mm and are made of Hematite.

Heishi Beads are made of Polymer Clay, and measure 6mm. Beads are red and pink in color.

This bracelet is a stretch elastic bracelet, so it will conform to the size of your wrist. Please select your bracelet length from the drop-down menu.

**I recommend that you select a length that is slightly smaller than your wrist size in order to allow a bit of stretch, so that the bracelet will not be hanging loosely on your wrist. To measure your wrist, take a string and place it snugly in the area that the bracelet will sit.
