Small Flat Silver Disk Spacers are 6mm and are made of Hematite.

Heishi Beads are made of Polymer Clay, and measure 6mm. **Please be aware that the pattern of the Heishi Beads will vary from the listing photos, since they are randomly placed on the elastic cord.**

Awareness Ribbon Charm is made of Lead-free Pewter and measures 1/2 inch.

This bracelet is a stretch elastic bracelet, so it will conform to the size of your wrist. Please select your bracelet length from the drop-down menu.
**I recommend that you select a length that is slightly smaller than your wrist size in order to allow a bit of stretch, so that the bracelet will not be hanging loosely on your wrist. To measure your wrist, take a string and place it snugly in the area that the bracelet will sit.
